Deim Studios ("we", "us") operates the Numbers Pat mobile game (the "App"). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Data We Collect

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:

• Firebase Analytics (Google) — anonymized usage and event data: screens viewed, levels played, session length, device model, OS version, country, and a randomly generated app-instance ID.
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — crash reports: stack traces, device state at time of crash, OS version, and the app-instance ID. Used only to diagnose and fix crashes.

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, location, or audio recordings. The App does not require an account or login.

Data Stored Only On Your Device

Game progress, level records, and settings are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to us.

How We Use Data

• Improve gameplay, difficulty balancing, and stability.
• Diagnose and fix crashes and bugs.
• Understand aggregate usage trends.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Analytics data is anonymized. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Retention

Analytics and crash data are retained per Google Firebase default retention settings. You can reset your app-instance identifier by reinstalling the App.

Your Choices

• Uninstall the App to stop all data collection.
• Reinstall to reset the anonymous app-instance ID.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
